A short biography.

I'm Ashton Rosen. I live in Birmingham, Alabama with my girlfriend Raegan. My family roots run between Alabama and Georgia — a large extended family on both sides.

I work at Retail Strategies as a Data Architect, but the title is mostly flair. In practice I'm a one-person internal R&D team. We work with municipalities to recruit retail tenants — strategy plans, void analyses, quarterly reviews, broker coordination — and I build the tools that let our portfolio directors and analysts move faster.

I'm currently building two products: Anchor, our internal CRM, and Radar, an external SaaS sold to cities of every size. Both are on Supabase + Vercel. Anchor is roughly 90% complete; Radar is closer to 75%.

Outside of that I read, listen to too much ambient music, play more video games than I admit to, and keep a slightly excessive Obsidian vault. This site is where the parts of that worth sharing surface.
